About Anna

Meet the creator of the BodyRhythm™ Method, dedicated to helping women decode menopause biology.

A warmly lit living room corner featuring an inviting reading chair draped with a textured, oatmeal-colored throw blanket and a small side table stacked with well-used hardcover health and wellness books, their spines turned away to avoid visible text. A ceramic teapot and cup in soft earthy tones rest on a round cork coaster. In the background, tall indoor plants with broad, deep-green leaves add life and organic shapes. Late-afternoon natural light pours through an unseen window, casting soft, elongated shadows and a cozy golden glow. Photographic realism, shot from a slightly elevated, three-quarter angle with moderate depth of field, creates a sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere, representing a comfortable, non-clinical space where women 40+ might explore understanding menopause.

Why I Created BodyRhythm™

I’m Anna, a menopause-focused health educator who blends biology, research, and lived experience to translate hormonal shifts into plain language. BodyRhythm™ grew from my own midlife confusion into a clear, compassionate roadmap for women 40+.

Advisory Team

A circular arrangement of smooth river stones in muted grays and warm taupes forms a spiral pattern on a sandy, neutral-toned surface, symbolizing natural hormonal cycles and the BodyRhythm™ Method. Delicate dried grasses and seed pods are placed at intervals around the spiral, suggesting stages of a woman’s life over 40 without depicting people. Soft, diffused golden-hour light from the left creates subtle highlights on the stones’ textures and long, graceful shadows that emphasize depth and movement. Photographic realism with a slightly elevated angle and centered composition conveys balance, wisdom, and continuity. The atmosphere feels grounded, sophisticated, and quietly powerful, ideal for an educational section explaining menopause as a natural rhythm rather than a problem.
