A great book for women of all ages!! It is such a relaxing read. Just as the author says, it feels like calming biological storytelling. It feels just like chatting with a close friend.

It helped me to know well my menopause body and empowered my thoughts to take a steady steps towards my health! I have been suffering from weight gain especially my belly. I assumed it is because of my age! But it wasn’t ! After reading this book, I recognized that there are many other causes for this belly! I didn’t know that our habits may cause stress which expressed as belly fats! Anna did a very good explanation for the hormonal belly fats and how to change our mindset to overcome it in home! Highly recommend reading this book.

Worth the read!!

I enjoyed this read a lot. I found it practical and easy to follow. As someone in the healthcare field, I appreciated the straightforward approach to a topic that often gets overlooked. The author breaks things down in a way that feels accessible without being overly simplified. I especially liked the focus on sleep, movement, and balanced eating instead of strict dieting. The suggestions felt realistic and manageable for everyday life. There’s an emphasis on consistency and stress management, which really stood out to me. It didn’t feel like the book was pushing quick fixes, which I appreciated. It encouraged small lifestyle adjustments that feel sustainable. I also liked that the tone was reassuring rather than overwhelming. It’s refreshing to see a perspective on belly health that isn’t centered only around cutting calories. This was an easy and encouraging read. I would recommend it to anyone interested in a more balanced, holistic approach to midlife health.
